Cancellation & Refund Policy

We issue no refunds for cancellation of purchases or Subscriptions. Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. Any refund / cancellation request for online payment for any product or services will not be entertained once the payment is accepted by our Online Payment Gateway Providers Razorpay.
We realize that errors sometimes happen, and there may be an occasion when you may make a mistake in the amount paid or selecting the products or services. If you feel that you have made such an error, kindly let us know about this error within 3 working days by emailing us at [email protected]. If it has been more than 3 working days after payment then you are not eligible to claim a refund.
You may cancel your Subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team by email at [email protected] but the subscription amount will be non-refundable in this case.

How to claim

You can CONTACT US or mail us at [email protected] and our support team will assist you on this.
We may require further information from you to determine what’s happened. Wherever possible, we will help to rectify the error. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your registered email ID through which you initiated the purchase. It is also necessary that the credit or debit card through which you made the purchase should be active. If it has been cancelled, then a refund becomes difficult.
Once your return / refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. If you do not receive the refund amount, you need to contact your bank or check with your credit card provider. You can also contact us at [email protected]

Cancellation Charges

Once your return / refund request has been accepted, you will be charged 5% as payment gateway charge and INR 500 as refund processing charge.
